Advocacy Is Only the Beginning.

Workplace & Organizational Services
Accessibility Should Be More Than a Policy.
Creating an inclusive organization requires more than good intentions. It requires understanding barriers, examining existing practices, and taking meaningful action.
Tenet & Voice works with employers and organizations to strengthen disability inclusion through accessibility-focused reviews, workplace education, policy guidance, and practical recommendations.
Beyond Awareness
Education That Inspires Action.
LAUNCHING JANUARY 2027
Awareness alone does not create accessibility. Meaningful change begins when knowledge becomes understanding, and understanding leads to action.
Beyond Awareness is Tenet & Voice’s flagship educational initiative, designed to equip individuals, communities, and organizations with practical knowledge about disability rights, accessibility, inclusion, and shared responsibility.
Through interactive workshops, community education, and institutional training, we aim to challenge misconceptions, encourage informed conversations, and develop practical approaches to removing barriers.
Editorial & Insights
Examining Barriers. Questioning Systems. Advancing Understanding.
Disability rights conversations deserve more than surface-level awareness, misinformation, and unanswered questions.
Through independent educational and investigative editorial work, Tenet & Voice examines the policies, practices, and systemic barriers that shape the experiences of people with disabilities.
Our publication brings together research, lived experiences, critical analysis, and practical education to encourage informed discussion and greater institutional accountability.

Meet The Founder
Lived experience. Inspired advocacy.
I founded Tenet & Voice because I understand what it means to navigate systems that weren’t designed with disability in mind.
My perspective brings together lived experience with disability, education in human services, and a deep interest in disability rights, civil liberties, and public policy.
My mission extends beyond helping individuals navigate immediate challenges. I believe lasting progress requires accessible education, informed communities, and organizations willing to do examine and improve their practices.
Tenet & Voice was built on a simple principle: Everyone deserves to be heard, informed, and empowered to advocate for meaningful change.
You don’t have to know where to start.
Maybe you know exactly what you need. Maybe you only know that something isn’t working.
Tell us a little about your situation and what you’re hoping to accomplish.
